Lannion is an easy place to get to and from Nottingham, taking only about five hours worth of driving and a very comfortable overnight ferry crossing. Andrew Hadfield, Tommy Mortberg and I went to Lannion looking for some valuable pre season race practice and fine tuning.

2011 has gone, it had my greatest performances to date, and my Premier ranking of 7th reflects that. I have also made the England Pan Celtic Team again, which means I can race in the cup events; more races, more experience.
There are still many people faster than me so there is plenty of work to do in 2012!

Last Saturday it was back to Holme Pierrepont for the final Premier race of the season. It also doubled up as the qualification for Sundays Semis + Finals of the much loved British Open.
